installed correctly and any conditions of perfect function
of the unit should be met.
Unless otherwise stated in this manual , any damaged
parts and safety devices should be repaired/replaced by
an authorised servicing centre.
Have the damaged switch replaced by an authorised
servicing centre.
This unit is in compliance with any relevant safety
provisions. Repairs should be done only by qualified
electricians at an authorised servicing centre and only
the original spare parts should be used. If this provision
is not observed, the risk of accidents is imminent.
Do not use the unit when your attention is reduced or
you are affected by alcohol or drugs or tired.
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the
injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as
possible. Protect the injured person from other injuries and
calm him/her down.
First aid kit must always be available in the place of your
work in case of accident in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.

Assigned Use
For Sans rays of small to medium metal parts. It is very
important to the compressor, shall be blasted with, according
to size large. The sandblasting gun consumes approximately
150 l / min., Ie it takes at least a compressor with to achieve
50 l and 300 l suction tank for optimum results.
The device cannot be used for works other than for which the
device has been designed and that are specified in the
Operating Instructions. Any other use is a use in conflict with
the designation. The manufacturer will not be held liable for
any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to
know that the device has not been designed for industrial
purposes.
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
device or its package. The description of the meanings can be
found in the "Marking" section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the device against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending
on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and
can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal
costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be
dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of
the package away from children and dispose them as soon as
possible.
Requirements for operating staff
The operating staff must carefully read the Operating
Instructions before using the appliance.
Qualification
Apart from the detailed instructions by a professional, no
special qualification is necessary for appliance using.
Minimum age
Persons over 16 years of age can only work on the appliance.
An exception includes youngsters trained in order to reach
knowledge under supervision of the trainer during
occupational education.
Training
Using the appliance only requires corresponding training by a
professional or the Operating Instructions. No special training
is necessary.

Safety instructions for commissioning
Always work with the cover closed.
Use the fitted gloves at any time.
Assembly and putting the device into operation

Take the device out of the package and check if the supply is
complete. Before putting the device into operation, some parts
of the sand cabinet must be assembled together and
compressed air supply provided. In doing so, please proceed
as follows:
Open the sand cabinet cover and take out all
accessory parts including the storage grid.
The sand hose (pic. 1/14) must be installed to the
bottom of the inside sand cabinet. Put the sand hose
to the hole in the bottom and fix it to the bottom from
outside, using a washer and nut. (pic. 2-5)
Insert the grid to the sand cabinet and put the sand
hose through the side hole on the grid.
The pressure hose (pic. 1/16) must be installed from
inside on the side of the sand cabinet. Seal the
pressure hose screw with the Teflon tape and fix it
with the connecting screw from outside. (pic. 6-8)
Remove the blind flange at the back of the sand
cabinet and attach the liquid filter in that place. (pic.
9-11)
Fit the foam filter via the air filter (pic. 1/11/pic. 12)
Connect the 12 V power pack with the connection on
the sand cabinet and plug it. (pic. 13)
Connect the compressed air connection (6 bar) to
the side of the sand cabinet. Seal the connection
with the Teflon tape.
Fill the sand cabinet with a suitable sand material.

Screw the appropriate sand nozzle to the sand gun.
The nozzle must be suitable for the given work.
The sand cabinet is now ready to be operated.
