Warranty does not cover unprofessional use such as device
overload, violent use, damage caused by third party or foreign
materials, failure to comply with operations and assembly
manual, and normal wear and tear.
General Safety Regulations
To be able to operate the unit in a safe manner, you should
observe any instructions and information on safety, assembly
and operation contained herein. Any persons operating and
maintaining the unit should be familiarized with any possible
risks. Keep children, the sick and infirm persons away from
the unit. Supervise the children very carefully if they stay near
the unit. Also, observe any accident prevention regulation
effective in your region. The same applies to provisions on
health protection in working area.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any
unauthorized changes made on your machine that caused
damage.
Warning! You should always observe the general safety
precautions when using the machine and mechanical tools.
Kindly abide by any notices and orders contained in the
supplementary safety instructions and elsewhere.

SAFETY, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
CAREFULLY:
CAUTION!
Compressed air tools work at various working pressure. The
recommended working pressure for majority of machines is 6
bar. Any higher pressure reduces the service life of your unit
due to a higher load.
1.
Do not let any authorised persons approach the
machine. Visitors and persons standing by, primarily
children and the sick and infirm persons should not be
permitted to access to the site. Prevent any other
persons from contact with the unit.
2.
Take a proper care of storing the unit. Any tools out of
use should be kept at a dry elevated place – or locked
as appropriate – to prevent unauthorised access.
3.
Use only proper tools for any job. For example, never
use small tools or accessories to do a job that requires
heavy tools. Use any tool for the purpose it was
designed for.
4.
Mind proper clothing. Work clothing should fit the
purpose and should not tie you up.
5.
Use ear protection. Wear personal hearing protection
equipment, such as ear protectors.
6.
Moving the unit. Secure the cabinet against rollover,
damage and the steel material coming out.
7.
Be on alert at any time. Watch out what you are doing.
Use common sense. Do not work with the cabinet when
you feel tired. You should not work with it when under
the effect of drugs, alcohol or medicaments that may
affect your responses.
8.
Have an eye for damaged parts. Before getting down
to work, check the unit for damaged parts. Even if the
damage is minor, be serious about it and consider it to
see whether the unit is able safely and perfectly. Make
sure that the moving parts are aligned and adjusted as
appropriate. Do the parts fit correctly? Are they
damaged? Is everything installed correctly? Do the
pressure conditions enable a correct function of the unit?
Any damaged protection devices should be repaired or
replaced by an authorised person unless the operating
manual states expressly otherwise.
An authorised workshop should replace any
defective/faulty switches. Any repairs should be referred
to your local servicing centre.
9.
Use approved spares only. Use only genuine spare
parts for repairs and maintenance. Request the spare
parts from a respective servicing centre only.
Warning! Use of accessories and extensions other than
expressly recommended may imply a personal and material
risk.
The unit is allowed to be used for the specific purpose only.
Any deviation will be considered an unauthorized use The
user only – and not the manufacturer – shall be held liable for
personal injuries and material damage arising from such an
unauthorized use.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage
resulting from unskilled changes of the unit or an unqualified
use.
Supplementary Safety Rules
Before performing any maintenance, inspection and
cleaning away the sand blast cabinet is always from the
compressor.
Make the operating manual available to anybody
working with the unit.
Never use the unit with the cover opened.
Work only with the pressure recommended in this
manual.
Operate the unit only with the fitted gloves.
Use only the proper blasting material.
Make sure that the lighting is appropriate.
Be careful to wear appropriate working clothing.
Only the persons of age should use this unit. Apprentice
of 16+ years of age may use it under supervision of
adults.
In the course of the unit use, children, the sick and infirm
should be kept away.
Check the unit for damage. Do not use it if it shown
defects or is damaged.
Have the unit repaired by an authorised servicing centre.
Do not attempt any repairs by yourselves. Only an
authorised servicing centre may do the repairs and parts
replacements.
Where practicable, any person working with this unit
should not be disturbed.
The unit protection devices should never be removed or
made duff.
Damaged or defective protection devices should be
replaced immediately.
If you are disturbed while working with the unit, realise
the situation before you pay attention to a new one.
Check any screws, nuts and other joints for tightness at
regular intervals.
Never store tools or materials above the unit so that a
fall on the unit could be possible when trying to reach
them.
Always disconnect the compressed air and power supply
to remove a fault.
Any adjustment, measurement, cleaning etc. may not be
done unless the compressed air and power supply is
interrupted.
Never leave your workplace unattended.
If any repairs or maintenance is done on the safety
devices, these should be re-installed immediately after
the works are completed.
It is an unconditional requirement for you to familiarise
yourself with any safety regulations and accident
preventions as well as the general safety rules applied in
the place of the unit use.
Check the unit regularly to see that it does not show any
signs of damage.
You should test any of the protection devices before the
use of the unit. Make sure to see that any damaged
parts work properly even if the damage seems to be
negligible.
Check any of the moving parts to see that they work
perfectly. Be particularly careful about damage or
jamming of the moving parts. All the parts have to be
