• First place the operating unit into the assembly plate at the top
(roughly at an angle of 20°).
Push the operating unit slightly down and turn it fl at onto the
assembly plate.
• First fasten the operating unit to the assembly plate with the
two screws (10).
• Check for tight fi t of the operating unit on the assembly plate.
• Switch on the mains voltage.
• The display then shows the temperature display (e.g. 22.0 °C)
and the time "0:00".
If only crazy characters appear, push the recessed button
"RESET" (7) carefully with a toothpick or a paperclip.
If no display appears, switch off the mains voltage on all pins
again (turn out fuse or deactivate circuit breaker, also deacti-
vate the associated FI circuit breaker). First check for correct
connection or ask a specialist.
• If the room thermostat is disconnected from the mains voltage
for an extended period (e.g. power outage), you need to re-set
or correct the date and time. The remaining programming is re-
tained.
At shorter interruptions of the mains voltage, date and time
are retained since the room thermostat has an internal support
function via a condensator.
