Instructions for use
SETUP (clamp & pot)
The Sous Vide circulator requires a 6-15L container or pot.
Firmly lock the product by clamping it on the side of your
pot.
SETUP (temp./timer)
1. Plug it into the outlet. You will hear a sound of beep. The "
" icon and the working lamp will be
on and it will the standby mode. Press the "
" icon to enter the setting mode. Every pressing you
will hear a sound of beep.
2. Temperature setting. Slide the scroll wheel to set the temperature.
3. Time setting. Press the "
" icon to set the time. You can find the timer blinks. First slide the
scroll wheel to set hour, then press "
" again to set the minute. The timer will countdown when
it meets the setting temperature.
4. Press the "
" icon to confirm the setting and the unit will work. If you want to change
the setting, press and hold the"
" icon for 3 seconds, and then repeat the setting as
above. The unit will stop automatically when it runs out of time and an "END" icon will
show on the screen.
5. Press and hold the "
" icon for 3 seconds to stop.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always turn off and unplug the unit.
• Internal service work must be performed by certified personnel only
• Make sure the system is at room temperature
Check for signs of damage including pulled cord or physical damage to the system
or heaters. If any signs of physical damage are found, please send it back to the factory for
replacement parts.
