STANDARD SIDEGUARD, FLIP-UP, REMOVABLE WITH
SHORT OR LONG ARMRESTS
The sideguard with rounded off
front edges will allow you to
get up close to a table. To flip
the armrest up, push the lever
(1) so that the side guard is
released (Fig. 34-35).
The height of the armrest (2)
can be adjusted by fitting the
spacer bracket in various
positions. To do this release
the screws move the spacer
bracket and re-tighten the
screws. The length of the
armrest can be adjusted by
releasing the screws (3) then
push the armrest to the
desired position and re-tighten
the screws (Fig. 32).
WARNING!
Neither the side guards nor
the armrests are to be used
for lifting or carrying the
wheelchair.
WARNING!
When adjusting the height of the armpad, be careful not to get your
fingers caught.

LONG ARMRESTS, HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE
The armrest can be height
adjusted as follows.
Push the lever (1) downwards
and move the armrest to the
desired height. Release the
lever and press the armrest
downwards until you hear it
click into place. Always check
that the side guards are
correctly engaged.
To flip the armrest up, push
the lever (2) so that the side
guard is released.
You can adjust the length of
the armrest by releasing the screws (3), pushing the armrest to the
desired position and then re-tightening the screws. (Fig. 36).
DANGER!
Neither the side guards nor the armrests are to be used for lifting or
carrying the wheelchair.
CAUTION!
When using a 24" rear wheel the armpad must be moved one level
up.

HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE
ARMRESTS
To adjust the height, pull the
lever (1) and push the armrest
to the desired height.
Afterwards make sure that the
lever (1) locks back into
position. Removing the armrest
is carried out in the same way.
To remove the side guard
completely, push the lever (2).
When fitting the side guard, the
lever (2) must also be pulled.
Always make sure that the side guard locks into position
correctly in the receiver. (Fig. 38)
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE
ARMRESTS (QUICKIE 2)
The armrest locks into the
receiver tube (1). To remove
the armrest, simply pull it
upwards after you have
released the lock. To adjust,
push the lever forwards and
push the armrest pad (2) to the
desired height. Then push the
lever back to its original
position. Push the armpad until
the armrest clicks into place
securely. (Fig. 39)
SIDE WALLS AND
PROTECTIVE BAR
Side walls and protective bar
click into a receiver tube. To
remove them, simply pull them
upwards. For horizontal
positioning of both these side
guards loosen the receiver
bolts (1), adjust the position
and tighten up the bolts again,
(Fig.40).
SIDE GUARDS - CLOTHES
PROTECTOR
The clothes protector prevents
clothes getting dirty from spray
water. You can set the position
in relation to the rear wheel by
moving the side guard. To do
this, remove the screws (1 and
2). After setting to the desired
position, re-tighten the screws
(see the page on torque).
