into the resistance unit.
CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONS
The cycle computer enables various training
methods to be carried out and adapted to the
needs of each athlete. The rider can display his
own current data (speed, power, cadence, heart-
rate) at any time, and also the average and maxi-
mum values. There are also special functions,
such as the heart-rate training zones, for optimi-
sing training.
Three different training modes are available:
- Power Mode (POWER): in this mode it is possi-
ble to train by setting the required power (from
60 to 990 watt); the roller will automatically
adjust the resistance to maintain the set power.
The required power can be varied at any time.
- Level Mode (LEVEL): in this mode it is possible
to train by selecting the required level (16 diffe-
rent levels). This enables the simulation of a
situation comparable to that experienced on the
road, therefore the power generated will depend
on the speed being maintained. The roller's resi-
stance level can be varied at any time.
- Program Mode (PROGRAM): in this mode it is
possible to choose from ten different training
programs during which the roller will automati-
cally adjust the power. The rider can vary the
program's difficulty level at any time, adapting it
to his own athletic ability.
A very intuitive main menu allows the various
functions of the cycle computer to be displayed.

yed, just press the middle button to activate it.
From any point in the program, a long press (3

ned in detail in the following sections of this
manual.
INITIAL SETUP PROCEDURE
For correct use, at first startup it is necessary
to enter the correct settings for the training.
Therefore, once the battery is inserted, the
cycle computer will do a test of the segments,
which is quitted by pressing any button, and
then directly begin the SETUP phase.
A more detailed explanation on how to modify
these values and regarding their meaning is
given in the SETUP section of this manual.
Note: These settings can modified at any time
by accessing the SETUP function from the main
menu.
The cycle computer uses the following buttons:
- middle button: press to confirm a value (SETUP)
or start the selected training session, and to chan-
ge screen during a training.
Press the middle button for about 3 seconds (long
press) to return to the main menu from any screen.
