This screen displays the following values:

To stop the training session, press (long press, 3
seconds) the middle button of the cycle computer.
PROGRAM MODE
In this mode it is possible to choose and do a trai-
ning program.
There are 10 different pre-installed training pro-
grams. Each program comprises a sequence of
segments with a different resistance. During the
program it is also possible vary the difficulty,
increasing or decreasing the difficulty level, and
therefore adapting the training session to the
needs of each rider.
To select this mode, select PROGRAM in the main
menu using the side buttons and confirm the
selection with the middle button.
Program selection
Firstly, access the program selection screen. The
following characteristics are indicated for each
program:
1. total time for completing the program, in minutes
2. amount of work necessary to complete the pro-
gram, in KJ. This value gives an indication of the
amount of energy needed to complete the pro-
gram.
3. Number of segments in the program.
Each segment lasts 3 minutes.
4. Program number
5. Program graph, which shows the power for
every segment
