3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is intended to train various muscle groups
thanks to the use of the vibrations it generates and
appropriate exercises.
The product is intended for home use only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The device should always be used when positioned on an
even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out
of the reach of children and persons with limited mental
and sensory functions. Position the device such that you
always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
All screws are fixed in the device to avoid mistakes in
their later use. Before installing the element, they must be
screwed out.
1.
Lay the base of the platform on a level surface. Pass
the long wire through the center of the support
column and connect it to the base wire. The larger
wire connector should be at the top.
2.
Slide the support column into the base of the
platform and then fix it with the screws provided.
Attach the 2 lower handle tubes to the platform base
and tighten.
3.
Place the upper parts of the handles on the lower
handle tubes. Screw together. Fix the top of the
left and right handles with 2 screws in the support
column.

Connect the wires from the support column to the
wires from the control panel. Place the control panel
on the support column with the wires guiding inside
the column.

5.
Screw the control panel to the support column
by tightening the center screw first and finally the
side screws. Turn the drink holder into the support
column.

3.3. DEVICE USE

a)
Connect the power cable to the back of the device.
b)
Plug the cable into an electrical socket.
c)
Turn on the power button on the back of the device
(„I"-On position).
d)
Stand on the vibrating platform with your legs
spaced at shoulder width and slightly bent knees.
e)
Set the selected workout program, start the exercises.

By setting the mode with the MODE button, you can
choose:
manual mode marked as „88", in which it is possible
to freely set the time and intensity of the training
automatic mode marked as „P0, P1, ..., P10"
AUTOMATIC MODES INTENSITY TABLE ( PROGRAM/
TIME [ MIN ])
Determining the BMI:
Press the „MODE" button and select „01" for a man
or „02" for a woman.
„01-020-00" will be displayed. 01 means entry into
the BMI program, „020" means age. Pressing „SPEED
^/˅" adjusts the displayed value to the user's age.
Then press „TIME" to confirm.
Then, adjust your height and weight. The default
height and weight are 1.70 m and 70 kg. Pressing
„SPEED ^/˅" adjusts the displayed values to your
height and weight. Then press „TIME" to confirm.
Place your hands on both sensors of the device after
you have entered the data. The BMI will be displayed
within 5 seconds.
Speaker: Connect the player using a dedicated cable (e.g.,
jack-to-jack cable).

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
f)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
g)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
h)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
i)
Clean the device after each use.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product,
instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used to
construct the device can be recycled in accordance with
their markings. By choosing to recycle you are making
a significant contribution to the protection of our
environment.
