Cut-outs
only possible with an incision
Measure the required cut-out on the object and transfer this to the foam board.
Loosen the screw for wire adjustment (33) and arrange the wire diagonally so that the slope
is aligned parallel to the line transferred to the foam board.
Then re-tighten the screw for wire adjustment.
Tauten the wire by unscrewing the screw for the wire tightener (32), pull this upwards until
the wire is sufficiently taut and then re-tighten the screw again.
Position the foam board on the bearing rail (8).
Unscrew the locking screw on the corner cutter (31) and use this to guide the corner cutter
downwards.
Cut into the foam board with the corner cutter until you reach the end of the marked
point.
Then remove the foam board to the left using your left hand.
If you have reached the marked point on the foam board, raise the corner cutter again using
the manual guide (31).
If the depth is repeated, fix the depth limiter (34).
Position the foam board on the bearing rail (8).
Use the manual guide (31) to slide the manual cutter downwards until you reach the desired
point for the incision into the board.
Slide the foam board from left to right until you have reached the desired length for the
cut-out.
Raise the corner cutter again using the manual guide (31) until you have reached the desired
height for the cut-out.
Now slide the foam board from right to left until you have reached the desired length.
Now guide the corner cutter back to the starting point using the manual guide (31).
