Device description - Assembly / initial operation of the corner cutter:
Unscrew the two locating screws (29) that are arranged vertically on the rear of the base panel (1) (left-hand side) by
turning them anti-clockwise through a few rotations. Now guide the locating screws (29) through the similarly arranged
round/slotted hole openings (30) in the corner cutter, mount the corner cutter and secure it in place by tightening the
screws (29). Now insert the connecting plug of the corner cutter into the designated socket (21).
To operate the corner cutter set the On/Off switch (18) to pos. 2. The device is now ready for use. Only use the spare wire
that has been cut to size (57 00 49) for the corner cutter.

• Arrange the cutting wire horizontally or diagonally by loosening the wire adjusting screw (32) and then secure the
wire in place by re-tightening the screw.
• Then tauten the wire by unscrewing the locking screw (32), pull it upwards until the wire becomes taut and then re-
tighten the screw.

Measure the required cut-out on the object and transfer this to the foam board.
Position the foam board on the bearing rail (8).
Unscrew the locking screw on the corner cutter (31) and use this to guide the corner cutter
downwards.
When doing this the wire is located in a horizontal position.
Cut into the foam board with the corner cutter until you reach the end of the marked
point.
Then remove the foam board to the left using your left hand.
If you have reached the marked point of the foam board, raise the corner cutter again using
the manual guide (31).
If the depth is repeated, fix the depth limiter (34).
