Store the appliance properly!
If not being used, the appliance should be kept in a dry,
locked place out of reach of children.

Appliance-specific safety instructions
Rotating knife
Perform any work/adjustment on the appliance only when
the engine is switched off, appliance unplugged and the
knife unit idle.
Before you start working
Work only with solid shoes and long trousers; never work
when barefooted or in sandals.
Check the ground where the appliance is to be used for
items that may get caught and be thrown-away by the
knife unit and remove such items (stones, branches, etc.).
Check the appliance cables for any damage and age
(fragility) and have them repaired by an electrician if
necessary.
Before using the appliance, check (visually) the knife unit
and their fastening means for any damage.
