8 Troubleshooting

Malfunction
The machine will not start. The voltage supply has not been prop-

The connecting cable's cross-section is
too small.
Rectification
Connect the connecting cable (exten-
sion cable) with a proper power socket.
Replace the connecting cable.
Replace both capacitors
Use a different power socket if neces-
sary.
Replace the safety switch.
Fasten tools.
Replace tools.
— Reset:
a. Wait 30 seconds.
b. Restart the machine
(! Chapter 3.1).
— If the drive overload protection
trips repeatedly, the machine
must be allowed to wind down
(mount other potential tools), oth-
erwise motor damage could re-
sult!
Check the connecting cable and re-
place if necessary.
