About the "Sorbet" button functioning is advised to let the
fruit defrost (previously chopped and frozen) for at least 15/20
minutes before inserting it in the juicer to ensure that frozen
parts don't damage the device.
•
Slowly insert the food in the tray duct (9) and add other food after that the previous ones
have been pressed.
•
Food like celeries must be cut into 1÷2 cm pieces and processed slowly.
•
To work food like carrots after that they've been stored in the fridge (or at low temperatures)
for more than 1 week, to press them together with food with plenty of liquid (like "ripe" pears
or oranges) is advised. The amount of obtained juice will be higher.
•
If the food is not fresh, the amount of obtained juice will be lower.
To work food conserved in the fridge for some days, to let them to soak in water for some
minutes and then "squeeze" them before their pressing is advise; the result will be better.
•
Working cherries or grapes (without stones) the juice could splatter when you press them
with the pusher.
When you work hard food (carrots, apples with skin, etc) you could feel a certain friction. Do
•
not force this food pushing.
•
Do not place ice into the appliance. If using frozen fruit combine always with juice or milk.
•
Insert food at a regular speed, allowing all the pulp to be extracted. For maximum efficiency,
do not rush this process.
•
When juicing leafy greens or wheat grass, it is suggested that you mix it with fruits or other
hard vegetables for optimal results.
•
The juice obtained from the fresh fruit or vegetables juicer is high in nutritional content. The
juice is an important part of a balanced diet.
•
Unlike normal juicer that "chew" the food for maximum extraction and need you to force
the food down with the pusher, the juicer doesn't require you to force the food down.
Gently use the pusher when food gets stuck or aid passage through the chute for foods
like leafy greens.
