Sensor Calibration
All gas detection sensors require occasional recalibration to ensure
their continued accuracy. The frequency of maintenance and
calibration depends on the type of sensor and operating conditions.
•
Never calibrate the sensors when the IAQ Probe indicates that the
battery is low.
Zero Calibration
Each calibration port is linked to its specific sensor. If you wish to
calibrate the CO
calibration port (CO calibration port for CO sensor calibration) and
follow these simple instructions:
Never Calibrate the sensor Zero with ambiant air. Always

1
Connect the tubing to the desired calibration port
2
Connect the tubing to the regulator (connected to the appropriate
calibration gas cylinder)
3
Press Mode/Esc to access the main menu.
4
Use the arrow keys to scroll to Zero and press
Enter to select. The screen displays "n2",
which is the calibration gas type (N
5
Use the arrows keys to display which sensor to
calibrate and press Enter to select. The
following screen requests confirmation ("no" is
displayed)
6
Before starting the calibrate, begin emitting the Nitrogen at the flow
rate indicated on the cylinder.
7
Use the arrows to scroll to "YES" and press
Enter to confirm. CAL is displayed in the screen
to confirm that calibration is in progress.
8
When the calibration is complete, the IAQ
Probe returns to the main menu.

Press Mode/Esc to exit the menu.
Repeat for the other sensor if necessary.
