Shade selection and placement of the restoration in the blank
The tooth shade of the blank covers off the marked area (e. g. 0/A1).

When a higher blank is selected, the respective lighter or darker shade
can be achieved more significantly by vertically moving in the nesting.
The closer the work is positioned to the stained side, the larger the
brighter shade component.

By applying stains (e. g. Ceramill Stain&Glaze), additional tooth
shades can be achieved.
