6.G MONTHLY SAFETY CONTROLS
The control list bellow should be performed once a month for your safety.
It is advised to check regularly that the machine is complete, make sure that all panels are in place and correctly attached,
especially the blade covers and the back cover that avoids the access to the blades' motors
It is also advised to perform the following tests regularly:

Switch on the blades. Wait for them to be rotating, then using the red stop button, switch them off. They must slow down
immediately and stop within 10 seconds.

Press the pedal and release it, making sure horizontal and vertical (optionals) clamps and engaging when you release the
pedal.

Switch on the blades, lift the front cover of 10 centimeters only. Blades must stop in less than 10 seconds. For your safety, do
not open compltly the front cover when the blades are rotating, do not engage your hands under the side brushes of the front
cover.

Switch on the blades, switch off the air, blades must stop in less than 10 seconds.
If the machine doesn't succeed to one of these test, contact your local agent to get the machine repaired. Do not use the maine
until the repair is completed.
For your safety, this machine is equiped with brakes that are inside the motors assembly. Life time of the brake pads is about 5000
hours (assuming the machine would do 60 braking per hour). After that period or if the motors take more than 10 seconds to stop, it
will be required to replace the motors.
