USER & PARTS MANUAL
6.F
DIAGNOSIS
Your machine is equiped with a self diagnosis
board which will be very helpful in case of
trouble.
If your machine doesn't start, have an
accredited person opening the electrical box on
the right side of the machine and checking if
one of the opposite led is on (one led on is one
problem!):
FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT TOUCH ANY
COMPONENT INSIDE THAT COMPARTMENT
If a blade doesn't start, it is probably due to a fuse that died. Unplug the
machine and lock the main contactor (12) (see chapter I.2.A
DESCRIPTION OF THE CS940 PARTS page 9). Then open the front
cover and make sure the blades are not jammed with a piece of wood
or by the locking tool (V) (see chapter I.6.B REPLACEMENT OF THE
BLADES page 31).
Then check the fuse B1 (left blade) or B2 (right blade)
-
Make sure the blades are sharpened.
-
Moulding is moving during the cut : make sure the clamps are well set.
-
The waste support is damaged.
-
The blade was installed in reverse way.
-
One belt is damaged and is also making noise.
-
Your cutting speed is not adapted to the material to be cut, the plastic requires a fast speed, hard wood and large
mouldings will require a slower speed.
-
Moulding is wrapped or bent.
