Once the first cut is done, press on the pedal to release the
clamps and slide the moulding to the scale of the right arm.
To make the inside measurement, align the rebate of the
moulding to the desired measurement line, here 46cm.
Release the pedal to lock the moulding in that position.
So in this example, the frame will be cut for a 46cm picture,
it is advised usually to add a 2mm allowance for easy
installation of the glass.
Hold the moulding in place, unlock the handle of the stop (M3) and move the stop to the
contact of the moulding, lock back the handle (M3). Go to chapter I.5.B.f Cut of the first
piece (page 28) to do the second cut.
Once the first cut is done, press on the pedal to release the
clamps and slide the moulding to the scale of the right arm.
To make the outside measurement align the end of the
moulding to the desired measurement line, here 58cm.
Release the pedal to lock the moulding in that position.
In this example, the frame will be cut at 58cm outside
dimension.
Hold the moulding in place, unlock the handle of the stop (M3) and move the stop to the
contact of the moulding, lock back the handle (M3).
