7) Press welding switch (2) to start welding operation.
N.B.: Welding operation can be starter at any time during vacuum operation by pressing
welding switch (2).

END OF OPERATION

At the end of vacuum/welding operation unplug the machine.

The machine permits the vacuum packaging conservation of food products, so as to
extend their conservation in time. It is possibile to use all kinds of vacuum-preservation
bags and food bags.
After connecting to a correct power supply, if the machine is programmed for automatic use
both LEDs will light on for about 20 seconds, if the machine is programmed for maual use,
the green LED will light on for about 20 seconds.
Standard factory regulations provide a welding time of about 5 time/power units (suitable
for standard vacuum bags with 95/105 micron thickness), and automatic use.
SETTING THE MACHINE TO MANUAL/AUTOMATIC USE
To set the machine to manual use, proceed as described below:
Before connecting the plug to power supply, press and hold on pump switch (1);
Connect the plug to power supply;
Wait for at least 5 seconds, green LED will light on to show successful completing of
operation;
Release the switch.
To set the machine to automatic use, proceed as described below:
Before connecting the plug to power supply, press and hold on welding switch (2);
Connect the plug to power supply;
Wait for at least 5 seconds, red LED will light on to show successful completing of
operation; Release the switch.
(This setting will last when unplugging the machine, until a new programming operation will
be made).
WELDING TIME SETTING
Proceed as described below to change welding time (these operations are to be made
while the machine is plugged in): press and hold on welding switch (2);
wait at least for 5 seconds to enter programming mode
press and release pump switch (1) as many times as the number of time/power units you
want to set for welding operation (every press/release operation will add 1 time/power unit
and will show a green LED flash)
release both switches (This setting will last when unplugging the machine, until a new
programming operation will be made).
IMPORTANT: we suggest not to set welding time over 15 time/power units.
