PUMP PRESSURE AND AIR OUTPUT
1 st STAGE ADJUSTMENT
ADJUSTMENT OF AIR DAMPER, (fig. 13)
Unloosen the nut (1), turn the screw (2) until the indicator (3) reaches
the position desired.
Then lock the nut (1).
ADJUSTMENT OF PUMP PRESSURE, (fig. 14)
The pump comes with a factory setting of 9 bar.
Where necessary, reset pressure by turning screw (7).
The pressure gauge must be mounted in place of cap (8).
2 nd STAGE ADJUSTMENT
ADJUSTMENT OF AIR DAMPER, (fig. 13)
Unloosen the nut (4), turn the screw (5) until the
indicator (3) reaches the position desired.
Then lock the nut (4).
When the burner stops, the air damper stays
open.
ADJUSTMENT OF PUMP PRESSURE, (fig. 14)
The pump comes with a factory setting of 14 bar.
Where necessary, reset pressure by turning
screw (9).
The pressure gauge must be mounted in place
of cap (8).

MAINTENANCE POSITION,
To perform burner maintenance, you must follow the
procedure below:
Remove the nut fastening it to flange (1) and take
the burner off the boiler.
Hook the burner onto flange (1), loosen the two
screws (3) and pull off the blast tube (2).
Disconnect cables (4) from electrodes, unscrew
the screw (1, fig. 6, page 4) and remove the diffus-
er disc support assembly (5) from the nozzle-hold-
er assembly.
Screw the nozzle (6) on, holding the nozzle holder
with the aid of a spanner.
Refit following the above procedure in the reverse
order.
