7. Connect the separated ends of the LED strip (without plugs) to the connection cables included with
the product (up to five connections). The contact pins (13) are connected to the contact surfaces from
the bottom through the adhesive tape, carefully stuck through the insulation and secured with the
plug clips (11). Pay attention to the polarity when connecting! The "+GRB" markings on the LED strip and
the contacts must be assigned correctly. No light will be emitted if the LED strip is connected in the
wrong polarity, and the LED strip may be damaged!
It is recommended to install a switch to turn the power socket that the power adapter (5) is
connected to on/off. If the power socket is located far from the mounting location, use an
extension cable. These components are not included with the product.
11. Operation

• To start using the LED strip (7), connect the power adapter (5) to a suitable mains socket, then connect
the low voltage cable (4) to the control unit (2).
• Connect the sockets on the low voltage connection socket (9) to one of the connection plugs (10). Pay
attention to the polarity when connecting! The "+GRB" markings on the LED strip and on the opposite pins
must be assigned correctly. No light will be emitted if the LED strip is connected in the wrong polarity,
and the LED strip may be damaged!
Do not cover the infra-red sensor (3) on the top of the product with an opaque object.
• Turn on the LED strip using the
strip off. The light effects can be controlled using the IR remote control (see "Using the remote control
to control the LED strip").
