9. Preparation for mounting

Pay attention to the "Safety instructions" section.
Attention! The product must only be installed by a qualified electrician who is familiar with
the relevant regulations (e.g. VDE)! By carrying out improper work on the mains voltage you
endanger not only yourself, but also others! If you do not know how to mount the product, get
an expert to do it for you; do not mount it yourself.
• Mount the product so that children cannot reach it.
• Only mount the product on a stable surface. To ensure that the LED strip (7) can cool down sufficiently,
affix it to a metal surface.
The product is operated with a low 12 V/DC voltage. Never use a higher or alternating voltage.
