There is a risk of burns.
 When heating liquids in the microwave oven, a boiling delay
can occur which means that the liquid has already reached
boiling point without beginning to bubble as boiling liquids
normally do. Movements, such as those generated when re-
moving the liquid from the microwave oven, can then cause a
sudden reaction, causing boiling liquid to spurt out.
 Do not use tall, narrow containers.
 Place a glass or ceramic rod in the container when heating liq-
uids in order to prevent delayed boiling. Wait a few moments
after heating the liquid then take hold of the container care-
fully and stir the liquid before you take it out of the oven.

3.2. Cleaning and maintaining the device

Sprayed water and/or moisture could cause a short circuit.

Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the device un-
der any circumstances.
ATTENTION!
Risk of damage!
Risk of damage due to improper use of the device.
 Sensitive surfaces on the rotary plate. Avoid contact with
acidic foodstuffs. The rotary plate could be damaged.
 Failure to clean the cooking device properly can damage the sur-
face which can in turn reduce the service life of the device and
may lead to dangerous situations.
 Clean the device regularly and remove food residues.
 Read the instructions on cleaning in section „10. Cleaning and
care" on page 79 when cleaning the door seals, the inside
of the oven and adjacent parts.
