Daily cleaning:
Wipe out the dough leftovers on the upper and bottom scrapers with a

Clean the conveyor belt with a brush.

Wipe away the dust on the machine with a soft cloth and a brush.

Weekly cleaning:
Wipe out the dried dough left on the rollers with a soft cloth.

Clear away trash dough, flour and dust inside the machine with a brush and

a vacuum blower.
6. MAINTENANCE
Every two months, the transmission parts inside the machine should be
checked, adjust the belt tension, grease the chains and bearings.
If the moulder is not used for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned and
left disconnected from the electric supply.
