Possible cause
The battery is not

No Bluetooth

enabled.
This is because it is it first
time contact is being
established between the
sports watch and the
satellites.
Your personal data has
been stored incorrectly.
Solution
Charge the sports watch.
Clean the sensor surfaces.
Make sure that the strap
is not fastened too loosely
around your wrist.
Perform the Bluetooth
pairing again.
If necessary, uninstall the
MEDION® Fitness app
and then reinstall it with
subsequent Bluetooth
pairing.
Enable the GPS function
before starting the activity
recording.
Wait a few minutes until
the sports watch has
established contact with
the satellite.
Check your entries for
gender, age, weight and
height.
