9. Settings

 In the main menu, tap
The following settings can be configured in this menu:
 Tap here to enter your personal data (gender, age, height/weight).
 Tap here to switch on/off Bluetooth.
 Tap here to select the time format and switch on/off the automatic
date/time synchronisation or to manually set the date/time.
 Tap here to specify the units of measurement.
 Tap here to set the signal method (e.g. vibrations and sounds), select
a ringtone for incoming calls or a sound for notifications and set the
signal volume.
 Tap here to set the display brightness and the time until the display
turns off.
 Tap here to set the menu language for the sports watch.
 Tap here to activate/deactivate the function to awaken the sports
watch by rotating your wrist.
 Tap here to specify the start and end time as well as the time interval
for the regular heart rate measurement.
 Tap here to reset the sports watch to the factory settings.
Attention! This process will delete all settings, data and stored values
from the sports watch!
 Tap here to view detailed device information (e.g. model name, MAC
address, software version etc.).
