13. Storing the device when not in use
Switch off the fitness tracker when it is not in use and store it in a dry, dust-free
environment.
Carry out a complete discharging and charging cycle each month. This prevents
the battery from completely discharging and becoming permanently damaged
making it unable to be charged again.

Solution
Charge the fitness tracker.
First connect the fitness
tracker to the USB charg-
ing station until it turns on
automatically.
Clean the sensor surfaces.
Make sure that the strap
is not fastened too loosely
around your wrist.
Perform the Bluetooth
pairing again.
If necessary, uninstall the
MEDION® Fitness app and
then reinstall it with sub-
sequent Bluetooth pair-
ing.
Check the step length that
has been set in the app
and correct this if neces-
sary.
In the app, check the gen-
der, weight and height en-
tered in your personal data.
