On switching on the machine, the currently installed software version is displayed for
approx. 1 second. If required, give this number to Technical Customer Service staff.
Cause
• Coffee stored over 1 hour
• Poor quality ground coffee
• Residual descaling or washing
agent in machine
• Storage urn open
• Storage urn heater /
temperature control defective
• Defective plug socket (21) fuse
• Insufficient coffee dosage
• Small amount of coffee stored
too long
• The actual amount can vary by
approx. +/- 5%
• Excessive scaling in hot water unit
• Very fine ground coffee, very soft-
water = pores of filter paper clogged
• Incorrect water pressure
• Water hose to hot water unit clogged
• Incorrect water pressure
• Water hose to hot water unit clogged
• Water temperature not reached
• Incorrect position of swivel arm,
hot water unit or serving trolley
• Sensor in hot water unit defective
• „START - STOP" button (6) pressed

as quickly as possible.
