Procedure
Applications
Follow the same procedure as
Pizza
for bread dough. Knead the
dough for 1 minute.
Use cold margarine, cut the

margarine into 2cm cubes. Put
sweet biscuits,
the flour in the bowl and add

dough has become crumbly.
Then add cold water while
mixing. Stop as soon as the
dough starts to turn into a ball.
Allow the dough to cool
before further processing.
First mix yeast, warm water

mixing bowl and knead the
dough until it is smooth and
does not stick to the bowl
(takes approx. 1 minute). Leave
it to rise for 30 minutes.
