- Check the water circulation in the bio reactor; if and
when necessary, use the bio cock to adjust.
- Check the filter mat 3179.050 for position and
soiling. If and when necessary, clean or replace.
Annual maintenance
The entire system has to be serviced at least once
a year. In case of failures, premature maintenance
is required - see maintenance instructions in the
respective instructions for use. During the servicing
period, filtration may not be possible, which, however,
is no risk for the inhabitants, if not exceeded by more
than one hour.
- Stop the pump and the Osmolator; and remove the
Comline Riverpack from the tank.
- Dismount the filter pump and service (1). The
GRANOVIT should not be removed from the bio
reactor; top up any missing granulate (every two
years approximately) !
In case of visible mud below the filter mat 3179.050,
wash the granulate or replace half (article No.
875.901).
- Clean and check the Osmolator sensors - for this
purpose, please refer to the chapter titled „The
sensors - switching point and maintenance" in the
instructions for use of the Osmolator.
- Flush the storage container with clear water. Mount
the various components again; start the system,
and top up with water, if and when necessary.

- contrôlez l'état d'encrassement du filtre de
répartition 3179.050, nettoyez ou remplacez-le
cas échéant
Entretien annuel
Nous conseillons de réaliser un entretien complet de
l'installation par an. Lors d'un disfonctionnement, cet
entretien pourrait intervenir plus tôt. Voir les notices
d'utilisation des différents appareillages.
Durant cette intervention d'une heure, l'aquarium est
privé de sa filtration ce qui ne devrait pas présenter
de risques pour les animaux.
- débranchez la pompe de filtration et l'Osmolator
puis retirez entièrement Comline Riverpack 600 de
l'aquarium
- déposez la pompe de filtration et procédez à son
entretien (1). Le GRANOVIT ne doit pas être retiré
du réacteur mais éventuellement complété (env.
tous les 2 ans). En cas de salissure bien visible sous
le filtre de répartition 3179.050, lavez le granulat ou
remplacez 50% de son volume (réf. 875.901)
- nettoyez et vérifiez les capteurs de l'Osmolator, voir
notice au chapitre „Les capteurs, point de
fonctionnement"
- nettoyez le réservoir d'Osmolator à l'eau claire.
Remontez les différents composants puis démarrez
l'installation en rajoutant de l'eau si besoin.
