location, or in a location exposed to direct sunlight or
water (rain drops).
• Plug the power plug into the wall socket firmly. Do not
use a damaged power plug, damaged power cord, or
loose wall socket.
• Do not mount over a sink.
• Do not stand on top of the microwave or place objects
QTY.
(such as laundry, oven covers, lighted candles, lighted
cigarettes, dishes, chemicals, metal objects, etc.) on the
1

This may result in electric shock, fire, problems with the
1
product, or injury.

Power Supply

1
• Check your local power source.
This microwave oven requires a current of approximately
1
15 amperes, 120Volts, 60Hz and a grounded outlet.
a. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the
risks of the user becoming entangled in or tripping
1
over a longer cord.
b. Longer cord sets or extension cords are available and
1
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c. If a long cord or extension cord is used:
1
- The marked electrical rating of the cord set or
extension cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the oven.
1
- The extension cord must be a grounding type 3-wire
cord.
- The longer cord should be arranged so that it
1
will not drape the table top or counter where
it can be pulled on by children or tripped over
unintentionally.
2
• Check power cord and outlet.
- Remove all foreign substances such as dust or water
from the power plug terminals and contact points using
2
a dry cloth on a regular basis.
- Unplug the power plug and clean it with a dry cloth.
1
- Plug the power cord into a properly grounded
3-pronged outlet. Your oven should be the only
appliance connected to this circuit.
- Sharing a wall socket with other appliances, using a
power strip, or extending the power cord may result
in electric shock or fire.
