SET THE DOSING ON/OFF CYCLE OF THE RINSE PUMP
If you choose to control the RINSE PUMP in CYCLIC MODE, once
the parameter has been confirmed at the point 33, this will be the next
parameter to set.
In this mode, the RINSE PUMP will run with a defined ON/OFF cycle,
for the duration of the RINSE signal on the S2 input.
This mode is generally used for Conveyor or Flight type machines.
Press the central button to confirm the shown pair of values.
By using the left button, you can adjust the first value that sets the ON
TIME of the pump, from 1 sec to 30 sec in steps of 1 sec. The value
is increased by 1 sec on each press of the left button and, when it
reaches the maximum (30), it is rolled back to 1.
The default value is 15 sec.
By using the right button, you can adjust the second value, that sets
the OFF TIME of the pump, from 5 sec to 180 sec in steps of 5 sec.
The value is increased by 5 sec on each press of the right button and,
when it reaches the maximum (180), it is rolled back to 5.
The default value is 120 sec.
If the signal on the S2 input disappears while the pump is dosing, the
pump will continue its dosage for the programmed ON TIME and then
the cycle will be paused. If the signal on the S2 input disappears while
the pump is not dosing, that means during its OFF TIME, the system
will remember the part of the OFF TIME already elapsed and, when
the signal on the S2 input returns, will complete the remaining time of
the OFF period, and then will start the ON TIME.
Once the chosen values are displayed, press the central button to
confirm.
SET THE QUANTITY OF RINSE AID TO BE DOSED
If you choose to control the RINSE PUMP in QUANTITY MODE,
once the parameter has been confirmed at the point 33, this will be
the next parameter to set.
In this mode, the RINSE PUMP will run with a defined speed for a
calculated time, after detection of the RINSE signal on the S2 input.
The speed and time values are determined by the system in order to
dose the set quantity of chemical based on the calibration value
stored in the memory.
Press the central button to confirm the shown value.
By using the left and right buttons, you can increase or decrease the
quantity to be dosed by the pump, from 0.0 ml to 500.0 ml in steps
of 0.1 ml.
The default value is 5.0 ml.
SET THE DELAY TIME OF THE RINSE PUMP
This parameter defines a delay for the activation of the RINSE PUMP
once a signal is detected on the S2 input, no matter which mode has
been selected for this pump.
Press the central button to confirm the shown value.
By using the left or the right button, you can adjust the value from 1
sec to 30 sec in steps of 1 sec.
The default value is 0 sec (no delay).
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
