5.3 PROGRAMMING OPTIONS IN SIMPLIFIED MODE
If you selected the SIMPLIFIED MODE at the point 13, the following parameters of the PROGRAMMING section
will be the ones shown in this section.
In this operating mode, the system will record the conductivity in the tank of the machine soon after each First
Charge and will use this value as the set-point to be reached every time the WASH signal is present on the S3
input (the conductivity value is recorded when the first charge has been finished and the DET pump has stopped
the dosage. When 5 seconds have passed without any signal active, the system acquires the conductivity value
and selects it as the set-point).
This mode frees the final user from knowing and from typing-in the correct value of conductivity to reach at each
washing cycle. Furthermore, it frees the user from executing a calibration with titration kit.
Since the value of conductivity to reach is recorded after each First Charge, the system will automatically take into
account every possible variation in the measuring system (dirty probe, differing conductivity of the clean water, and
everything else) and will still work to reach, at each washing cycle, the same conditions reached at the First
Charge.

SELECT THE TYPE/SIZE OF THE MACHINE
Once the previous parameter has been confirmed, you will access
this one.
Here you can select the type/size of machine that you are working
with, and this will adjust the behaviour of the DETERGENT PUMP to
better suit the machine.
Press the central button to confirm the shown selection.
By using the left or the right button, you can scroll between the two
available options: SMALL and LARGE.
The default value is "SMALL".
Once the option of choice is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
If the selection is "SMALL", the machine will dose at maximum speed
in continuous mode until 80% of the recorded set-point, then it will
stay 1 seconds ON – 1 seconds OFF until the set-point has been
reached.
If the selection is "LARGE", the machine will dose at maximum speed
in continuous mode until 80% of the recorded set-point, then it will
stay 7 seconds ON – 1 second OFF until the set-point has been
reached.
