25S – 110S
• the air pressure switch on the burner has to
be adjusted so that in case of lack of com-
bustion air, the burner is shut off before the
amount of CO in the fluegas reaches 1000
ppm.
• for natural gas the CO range must
be 9 – 10 %
• for propane/ butane the CO range must
be 10 – 11 %
• the burner must be suitable for the dimen-
sions of the combustion chamber of the
appliance
• the heat input of the burner must be equal
or must be adjusted to the heat input value
on the type plate of the appliance
When Giersch gas burners are put into opera-
tion, the follwoing values have to be set at the air
pressure controller LGW 10A2:

After adjustment of the burner please check that
it automatically stops when the aspiration of air is
reduced. It must stop before the CO concentra-
tion in the dry, neat flue gas exceeds 1000 ppm.
If necessary, correct the set value of the air pres-
sure controller.
The same procedure has to be applied with
other brands.
