5.6 Dispensing liquid

Consider the type of pipette used.
After liquid dispensing, hold class AS quick-drain pipettes on the tube inner wall for
5 seconds to allow the liquid to drain.
5.6.1

Flow-out

A valve will be opened during flow-out. The liquid drains from the pipette as a result of
atmospheric pressure.
