EXÉCUTION DES BUTÉES POUR
PLATEFORMES MUNIES DE CADENAS
DE BLOCAGE DE LA PLATEFORME
(EN OPTION)
Mettre en marche le hayon et faire pivoter la plate-forme
vers le haut en utilisant les commandes prévues à cet effet,
jusqu'à ce que cette dernière s'appuie complètement sur le
caisson du véhicule.
Dans cette position, procéder au montage de la butée de la
fermeture (1) (en présence de cette option): couper et percer
une plaque métallique (2) de dimensions appropriées et d'une
épaisseur minimum de 0.3 in puis la souder au véhicule sur
le trou à hauteur de l'axe de fermeture de la plate-forme.
S'assurer du bon positionnement de la butée en ouvrant et
en refermant la plate-forme et en l'accrochant à plusieurs
reprises à l'aide du pommeau (1).

Start up the tail-lift and rotate the platform upwards, using the
appropriate controls, until it is resting against the vehicle body.
In this position mount the beat of the of the latch (1) (if the
latter optional feature is present): cut and drill a hole in a
metal plate (2) of suitable size and minimum thickness of 0.3
in then weld it onto the vehicle with the hole corresponding
to the locking pin of the platform.
Check the exact positioning of the beat by opening and
closing the platform and securing it repeatedly using the
knob (1).

Poner en movimiento la compuerta y girar la plataforma
hacia arriba utilizando los relativos mandos hasta tener la
plataforma completamente apoyada en la caja del vehículo.
En dicha posición realizar el montaje del punto de contacto
del cierre (1) (si está presente este último elemento opcional):
cortar y taladrar una placa metálica (2) de la medida
adecuada y de un espesor mínimo de 8 mm, luego soldarla
al vehículo con el orificio en correspondencia del perno de
cierre de la plataforma.
Verificar la posición correcta del elemento de contacto
abriendo y cerrando la plataforma y enganchándola varias
veces mediante el pomo (1).
