PRÉCAUTIONS
POUR L'INSTALLATION
Durant l'installation du HAYON ÉLÉVATEUR,
certaines précautions nécessaires doivent
être observées afin d'éviter toute blessure
ou dommage.
- Le gabarit de montage devra, à un certain
moment de l'installation, soutenir tout le
poids du hayon, et il est par conséquent
nécessaire qu'il SOIT SOLIDEMENT FIXÉ
au caisson du véhicule.
- Pendant l'installation, il peut être nécessaire
d'alimenter provisoirement en électricité
le hayon pour effectuer certains réglages,
UTILISER DANS CE CAS TOUJOURS ET
UNIQUEMENT DES BATTERIES ET JAMAIS
D'ALIMENTATEURS OU CHARGEURS
DE BATTERIE! Toujours vérifier en outre le
voltage requis!
- Pour soulever la traverse du hayon pour
la placer en position de montage, utiliser
un moyen de levage adéquat et sûr.
- Certains modèles de hayons (équipés de
raccord mécanique à terre) sont munis
d'une ou de deux vis fixant la bielle
d'articulation à la traverse : CES VIS NE
DOIVENT ÊTRE RETIRÉES QUE SUR
INDICATION EXPRESSE DU MANUEL
D'INSTALLATION.
- Sur certains modèles de hayons (sur les-
quels il est nécessaire de régler le vérin
de rotation), débloquer le vérin de rotation
lorsque la plate-forme est en position
fermée : S'ASSURER QUE LA PLATE-
FORME EST SOLIDEMENT SOUTENUE
avant de débloquer le vérin en question.

HINTS & SUGGESTIONS
Installation of the Tail-Lift requires certain
expedients to avoid causing injury or
damage.
- The assembly template, at a certain stage
in the installation procedure, has to sup-
port the entire weight of the tail-lift: it must
therefore be SECURELY MOUNTED on
the vehicle body.
- During installation, it may be necessary
to supply temporary electrical power to
the tail-lift to perform certain adjustments.
ALWAYS AND ONLY USE THE BAT-
TERIES AND NEVER POWER SUPPLY
DEVICES OR BATTERY CHARGERS!
Always check the voltage required!
- When lifting the crosspiece of the tail-lift
to the assembly position, use a suitable
and safe lifting device.
- Some tail-lift models (those fitted with
mechanical earthing) have one or two
screws securing the joint connecting
rod to the crosspiece: THESE SCREWS
SHOULD ONLY BE REMOVED WHEN
EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED IN THE INSTAL-
LATION MANUAL.
- Some tail-lift models (those in which the
rotation cylinder must be adjusted) require
the release of the rotation cylinder when
the platform is in the closed position:
MAKE SURE THAT THE PLATFORM IS
SOLIDLY SUPPORTED before releasing
this cylinder.

CUIDADOS
A LA INSTALACIÓN
Durante la instalación de la Compuerta
MONTACARGAS hay que seguir algunos
cuidados al fin de evitar daños a personas
o cosas.
- El gálibo de montaje, en una cierta fase
de la instalación, tiene que soportar todo
el peso de la compuerta, por tanto ha de
estar FIRMEMENTE FIJADA a la caja del
vehículo.
- Durante la instalación pude ser necesario
alimentar eléctricamente de manera provi-
soria la compuerta al fin de efectuar algu-
nas regulaciones. ¡UTILIZAR SIEMPRE Y
SÓLO BATERÍAS Y NUNCA ALIMENTA-
DORES O CARGABATERÍAS! ¡Además
averiguar siempre el voltaje requerido!
- Cuando se levanta el travesaño de la
compuerta para llevarla en posición de
montaje, utilizar un medio de levanta-
miento adecuado y seguro.
- Algunos modelos de compuerta (los
dotados de unión mecánica a tierra) están
equipados con dos o tres tornillos que fijan
la biela de articulación al travesaño: ESTOS
TORNILLOS HAN DE REMOVERSE SÓLO
CUANDO ESTÉ EXPRESAMENTE ESPE-
CIFICADO EN EL MANUAL DE INSTALA-
CIÓN.
- En algunos modelos de compuerta (los
que necesitan el registro del cilindro de la
rotación) hay que desenganchar el cilindro
de la rotación cuando la plataforma está
en posición de cierre: ASEGURARSE DE
QUE LA PLATAFORMA ESTÉ FIRME-
MENTE SOPORTADA antes de desen-
ganchar el susodicho cilindro.

ACCORGIMENTI
PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
Durante l'installazione della Sponda MON-
TACARICHI sono necessari alcuni accorgi-
menti onde evitare danni a persone o cose.
- La dima di montaggio, in una certa fase
dell'installazione, deve sorreggere tutto
il peso della sponda, occorre perciò che
SIA FISSATA SALDAMENTE al cassone
del veicolo.
- Durante l'installazione può essere neces-
sario alimentare elettricamente in maniera
provissoria la sponda per eseguire alcune
regolazioni, UTILIZZARE SEMPRE E
SOLO BATTERIE E MAI ALIMENTATORI
O CARICABATTERIE! Verificare sempre
inoltre il voltaggio richiesto!
- Quando si solleva la traversa della sponda
per portarla in posizone di montaggio,
utilizzare un mezzo di sollevamento ade-
guato e sicuro.
- Alcuni modelli di sponda (quelli dotati di
raccordo meccanico a terra) sono dotati di
una o due viti che fissano la biella di arti-
colazione alla traversa: TALI VITI VANNO
RIMOSSE SOLO QUANDO ESPRESSA-
MENTE SPECIFICATO NEL MANUALE DI
INSTALLAZIONE.
- In alcuni modelli di sponda (quelli dove si
deve registrare il cilindro della rotazione)
si deve sganciare il cilindro della rotazione
quando la piattaforma è in posiizone di
chiusura: ASSICURARSI CHE LA PIATTA-
FORMA SIA SORRETTA SALDAMENTE
prima di sganciare il suddetto cilindro.
