EXÉCUTION DES BUTÉES
MÉCANIQUES (EN OPTION)
Mettre en route le hayon et aligner la plate-forme avec le
plancher du véhicule.
Positionner la butée (1) de telle sorte que la vis (2) soit en
contact avec une partie suffisamment robuste de la structure
du véhicule. Marquer la position sur le bras et percer à l'aide
d'une mèche de ø 0.4 in. Fixer la butée à l'aide de vis et écrou.
Entre plate-forme et plateau il devra rester un espace
d'environ 0.07÷0.11 in.
ATTENTION
- Les deux butées du hayon doivent atteindre au même
moment les deux butées métalliques à peine instal-
lées.
- L'exécution erronée ou manquée des arrêts méca-
niques peut endommager la plate-forme.

LIMIT STOP
EXECUTION (OPTIONAL)
Start the tail-lift and align the platform with the truck floor.
Position the beat (1) so that the bolt (2) comes into contact
with a sufficiently strong part of the vehicle structure.
Mark the position on the arm and make a hole of ø 0.4 in on
the spot. Secure the beat with the nut and bolt.
A space of approximately 0.07÷0.11 in must be left between
the platform and the vehicle floor.
ATTENTION
-
The two beats of the tail-lift must both reach the
limit-stop plates at the same time.

Failure to arrange or wrong arrangement of the limit
stops may damage the platform.

DE CARRERA MECÁNICOS
(OPCIONAL)
Poner en movimiento la compuerta y alinear la plataforma
con el plano del vehículo.
Posicionar el punto de contacto (1) de manera que el tornillo
(2) vaya a tocar una parte suficientemente robusta de la
estructura del vehículo. Marcar la posición en el brazo y
taladrar con ø 0.4 in. Fijar el punto de contacto con tornillo
y tuerca.
Entre la plataforma y la superficie deberá quedar de todos
modos un espacio de unos 0.07÷0.11 in.
ATENCIÓN
-
los dos puntos de contacto de la compuerta debe-
rán alcanzar contemporáneamente los dos topes
metálicos que se acaban de crear.
-
No montar o montar erróneamente los topes mecá-
nicos puede dañar la plataforma.
