Excessively or irregularly worn tensioner
Worn-out or unsuitable abrasive
Drum pressure is not enough
Dust prevents adjusting the drum pressure
Driving belts at a wrong tension
Tensioner dirty or too worn-out
Worn-out driving belts or pulleys or bearings
Faulty abrasive belt
Not correct wheels position
Bearings, pulleys or shafts dirty or faulty

Dust bag more than 1/3 full

SOLUTIONS
Try the machine on a different job-site
Use cables of suitable length and keep them well un-
wrapped while working
Remove any possible additional weight on the machine
Check if the motor is well clean and remove all the possible
dirt
Check if the motor fan is well screwed or contact an au-
thored Bona dealer for bearings replacement
Contact an authorized Bona dealer
Contact an authorized Bona dealer
Check it they need to be disassembled and lubricated or
contact an authorized Bona dealer for replacement
Check if they need to be cleaned or lubricated or contact
