Removing intake and pressure valve
• Remove the pressure vessel [14] (see Points a – c, "Care and maintenance").
Pressure valve:
d) Using the filling strainer [8], rotate the pressure valve screw [22] counter-clockwise.

Intake valve:
d) Screw off the hexagon nut [23] and take the cylinder [18] out of the tank. (Fig. 16)
e) Screw the valve screw [24] out of the cylinder [18]. (Fig. 17)
Faults
Use only MESTO spare and accessory parts.
(Remove pressure vessel → "Care and maintenance" chapter)
Fault
No pressure builds up in
the device.
Lever [10] can be moved
very easily.
Lever [10] is pulled
downwards.
Lever [10] is pulled
upwards.
Lever [10] locked or can
be moved downwards
with difficulty only.
Only a spray, emerges,
there is no atomization.
Liquid dripping from the
nozzle.
Device sprays only when
pumped.
The shut-off valve does

in the intake valve [24].

of the pressure valve [22] or
defective valve disc in the
pressure valve [25].
Diaphragm [16] is defective.
Pressure valve [22] dirty.
Filter [19] and / or nozzle [20]
blocked.
Nozzle insert [21] is missing.
Foreign object in the nozzle
[20] and / or the insert [21].
Pressure vessel

Remedy
Replace the diaphragm.
