Depending on t he w eight of t he caravan, t he m anoeuvr ing syst em cannot overcom e all obst ruct ions
wit hout assist ance. Please use wedges as a ram p.
All w heels and t yres on t he caravan m ust be of t he sam e size and design. I f t yres are wor n or new
t yres are fit t ed, t he dist ance bet w een t he drive roller s and t he t yres m ay need readj ust ing ( see
"I nst allat ion - Mechanical Com ponent s") .
Sensit ive obj ect s such as cam eras, DVD- Play ers et c. Must not be kept in t he st owage box near t he
cont rol unit or t he m ot or cable. They can be dam aged by t he elect rom agnet ic fields.
Do not m ake any m odificat ions on t he caravan m anoeuvring syst em ( m echanical or elect ronically ) .
This can be very dangerous! No warrant y claim w ill be accept ed and we cannot guarant ee t he funct ion
of t he sy st em if any m odificat ions ar e m ade. We will not be liable for any dam age w hat soever caused
as a result of incorrect inst allat ion, operat ion or m odificat ion.

I n order t o engage t he rollers, fit t he end socket of t he engagem ent t ool ( 6) on t he spindle ( Fig. 9) on t he right
or left dr ive unit and t ur n t he handle ( Fig. 10) .

The yellow - green- r ed t ract ion indicat or label ( Fig. 11A) , on t he side of each m ot or unit indicat es if t he roller is
depressing t he t yre sufficient ly t o provide adequat e t ract ion.
I f t he point er is in t he yellow area – Roller s are not t ouching or depressing t he t yre sufficient ly.
I f t he point er is in t he green area – Roller s should be connect ing correct ly t o t he t yre ( m argin of 15m m )
I f t he point er is in t he red ar ea – Roller s are connect ed t o t he t yre but in an ext rem e posit ion. I t could be
t hat t he t yre of t he caravan has insufficient air pressure or t he dr ive unit has been knocked out of posit ion
and a visit t o a workshop is r equir ed t o reposit ion t he assem bly.
