After ending the mixing process, pull the
dust extractor hose (3) off the nozzle (2) of the
cover (1).

To empty out the mixed material, release the

tank latching lever (3).

Slowly tilt the tank retainer (2) with tank (1)
and pour out the mixed material. Hold the tank
retainer (2) firmly, to ensure controlled emptying.
NOTE
If the mix is not poured into a bucket or trough, it
is advisable for two persons to empty the mixing
station.
One person tilts the tank while the second person
rolls the mixing station away from the mix that has
been poured out.

After emptying, swivel the tank retainer (2)
with tank (1) back into the initial position. The
tank latching lever (3) must latch into position.

Cleaning
DANGER
Risk of injury due to electric shock.
Î Disconnect the mains plug of the high-speed
mixer before carrying out any work on the mix-
ing station.
After ending the mixing, the mixing station, the high-
speed mixer and the powered mixing paddle must
be cleaned.
•
For easier cleaning, the high-speed mixer with
the powered mixing paddle can be attached to
the mixing station outside of the tank.

Remove cover from the tank.

Hold onto the handle (1) of the machine
retainer (7).
•
Release the clamping lever (6).

Pull the machine retainer (7) with high-
speed mixer (8) and powered mixing paddle (4)
out of the square tube of the tank retainer (5).

Swivel the machine retainer (7) with high-
speed mixer (8) and powered mixing paddle (4)
by 180°.

Insert the machine retainer (2) with high-

speed mixer (1) and powered mixing paddle (5)
into the square tube of the tank retainer (3).

Move the machine retainer (2) with high-
speed mixer (1) and powered mixing paddle (5)
to the required height.

Hold onto the handle (6) of the machine

retainer (2).

Tighten the clamping lever (4).
•
Remove and clean the tank.
•
Clean the powered mixing paddle.
•
Clean the high-speed mixer carefully and blow
out with compressed air.
•
Clean the mixing station.
•
Ensure handles and gripping surfaces are dry
and free from grease.

Maintenance

The mixing station is maintenance-free.
•
The maintenance work on the high-speed mixer
is described in the instruction manual of the
high-speed mixer used.
