Match the holes in the U-sections of the
height adjustment, left (3) and right (5) on the
chassis (4) with the welded on nuts M10 in the
U-sections of the height adjustment (2) / (8) of
the tank retainer (1) at the required height.

On each side, screw in two cheese head
screws (6) with plain washer (7) through the two
U-sections into the welded on nuts M10 and
tighten (tightening torque: approx. 50 Nm).

Inserting the tank in the tank
retainer

Insert the tank (1) into the tank retainer (2),
the pouring spout of the tank faces the front.

Mounting the machine retainer

Undo the clamping lever (3) on the square
tube of the tank retainer (2).

Push the height-adjustment tube of the ma-
chine retainer (1) into the square tube of the tank
retainer (2), the machine collar faces the front.

Move the machine retainer (1) to the required
height.

Tighten the clamping lever (3) on the square
tube of the tank retainer (2).

Inserting the highspeed mixer
into the machine collar

Undo the two cheese head screw (3) in the
machine collar (2).

Insert the high-speed mixer (1) into the ma-
chine collar (2) from above up to the limit stop.

Re-tighten the cheese head screws (2).

Mounting the external ON / OFF
switch (USA variant only)

Use two O-rings to fix the external ON / OFF
switch (1) onto the square tube of the tank
retainer.

Ensure secure fixing of the external ON / OFF
(1) switch.

The external ON / OFF switch is only included in
the USA variant (ID No. 9567).

Before Starting Work
To ensure safe working with the mixing station, the
following points must be observed before each use:
•
Read through all safety instructions and hazard
notices in this instruction manual, the instruction
manual of the high-speed mixer used, and
the safety instructions supplied with the mix
material.
•
Wear protective clothing such as hard hat,
hearing protection, safety footwear, face
protection or safety goggles, safety gloves and if
necessary, an apron.
•
The voltage on the rating plate of the high-speed
mixer must be identical with the mains voltage.
•
Before each use, always check the mixing
station, high-speed mixer, connection cable and
plug.
•
Connect a suitable dust extractor (e.g. BAIER
special dust extractor) to the mixing station.
•
The mixing station is stood on a flat, firm
surface.
•

The locking devices (10) of the two rear
swivel castors (9) are actuated.
•
The high-speed mixer is securely fixed on the
mixing station.

Testing the personal protection
switch (USA variant only)

The PRCD personal protection switch
must be tested before each use of the high-
speed mixer (see below). If the PRCD does not
trip during the test, or if it repeatedly switches
off when the high-speed mixer is switched on,
the high-speed mixer together with the PRCD
personal protection switch must be examined
by a qualified electrician.
