Intended use

The mixing station is suitable for stirring paints,
plasters, mortars, adhesives and similar materials.
It may not be used to stir food, highly flammable or
caustic substances.
Observe the relevant regulations in your
country for the materials to be machined and
extraction.

Mounting the mixing station

The mixing station is delivered unassembled.
Before starting up for the first time, the mixing sta-
tion must be assembled.

Mounting the swivel castors on
the chassis

4 swivel castors (2) / (5) are mounted on the
chassis (1). The two lockable swivel castors (5) are
mounted at the rear, the two non-lockable swivel
castors (2) are mounted on the front of the chassis.

Insert the swivel castors (2) / (5) with the
threaded rod through the holes in the chassis (1)
from underneath.

Place a plain washer M10 (3) on each
threaded rod.

Screw on the hexagon nut (4) and tighten
(tightening torque: approx. 50 Nm).

Mounting the tank retainer on
the chassis
NOTE

Before mounting the tank retainer on
the chassis, check whether the two plain bear-
ings (21) are in the bearing bushes (22). If this is
not the case, insert the plain bearings (21) in the
bearing bushes (22).

Push the axis of rotation (2) of the left height
adjustment (3) on the tank retainer (8) into the
left bearing bush (1).

Push the axis of rotation (5) of the right height
adjustment (4) on the tank retainer (8) into the
right bearing bush (7) (the tank latching lever (6)
is mounted on the right height adjustment (4).

Push the U-sections of the height adjustment
of the tank retainer, left (2) and right (8) into the
two U-sections of the height adjustment, left (3)
and right (5) on the chassis (4).

The tank retainer can be fixed in the chassis
at three different heights (a) / (b) / (c). Select the
required height.
NOTE
If the tank retainer is fixed in the highest possible
position, it is possible to pour the mix into a trough
or bucket.

Push a plain washer M10 (7) onto each
cheese head screw M10×20 (6).
