Control light
If a control command is executed, the control light will light up briefl y to signalise
this. Green: UP Red: STOP Yellow: DOWN
If battery power is low, the control light will fl ash during signal transmission.
The transmitter power or radio range will decrease as battery power decreases.
If the control light no longer lights up when buttons are pressed on the device,
the battery must be replaced.
Programming the remote control
Note
Before entering this SC431 transmitter, be sure that fi rst a master
transmitter was programmed into the receiver and the motor learned
the upper and lower stops.
Learning the master transmitter
a) Put receiver into learn mode
Note
Please refer to the operating instructions for the receiver.
• Switch off the receiver's power supply and reconnect after 5 seconds
or
• Activate the programming button or the radiocontrolled receiver switch.
The receiver will then be in "Learn" mode for 3 minutes.
b) Learn master transmitter
When the receiver is in "Learn" mode, the programming button is to be pressed
until the receiver indicates that the learn process has been successfully com-
pleted.
The learn process is now complete.
Learning additional transmitters
a) Press the programming button of the master transmitter until acknowledge-
ment is given by the receiver.
b) Now press the programming button of the new transmitter until acknowl-
edgement is given by the receiver
c) Then press the programming button of the new transmitter to be learnt once
again.
The receiver will indicate when the learn process has been successfully com-
pleted.
The maximum radio range is up to 10 m indoors and up to 100 m in the open.
