7 Commissioning
The devices are connection−ready and are immediately ready for operation after
tubing has been connected.
1. Ensure that the entire system is depressurised.
2. Check whether all elements of your system are in base position:
Quickstepper on step 12
Actuators (drives)
Actuators (mechanical non−volatile memory)
Transducers for the group base position
Pre−select settings reached
3. Check the energy supply
Operating pressure 2.5 ... 6 bar
Filter resolution service devices 5 m.

FSS−12−C Function on the Quickstepper

AUTO Manual pre−select of the sequence controller via
the Auto/Man selector switch on the Commander.
With switch position MAN, set−up or step mode is
activated; with switch position Auto, automatic
operation is activated. The movement sequence of
the controller is triggered automatically depending
on the setting of the pre−select, either continuous
cycles or a single cycle. In single cycle setting, start
must be re−triggered with a button after cycle end.
L Triggering for set−up. With short impulses there is a
jump in the base position (step 12 on the Quick
stepper).
Short impulse = Pressing and releasing the reset
button.
Pressing reset: Step 11½ on Quickstepper.
Releasing reset: Step 12 on Quickstepper.
Effective only with Man. pre−select.
