5. Set−up your system:
Systematically check the individual movements in set−up mode.
Readjust the transducers if there are malfunctions.
6. Start the trial−run in step mode without workpiece.
7. Execute the trial run with workpiece.
8. Execute the trial run in automatic mode.
8 Operation
The controller can also record external signals via the Commander. With exclusive
use of external transducers for triggering of start, stop and reset commands, the
buttons, start, stop, as well as reset, can be individually blocked on the Com
mander (see Fig. 11).
Warning
S When using an external start signal the start button on the Commander
must be blocked.
S Comply with the directives of EN 1037 or ISO 14118.
