Enlever l'assemblage de frein avant en le glissant vers l'avant. Soyez conscient
que le connecteur du capteur de pression d'air est placé sur l'unité de frein
avant, il doit être déconnecté avant le démontage.
Prendre la garniture en caoutchouc fournie puis couper en moitié, placez les sur
les 2 bords du support de protection refroidisseur d'huile, voir photo 6.
Enlever l'œillet en caoutchouc d'origine (étiqueté B sur la photo 6) pour mettre
l'installation de la protection refroidisseur d'huile, voir photo 7.
Couper le bandeau de mousse fourni en pièce de 10mm et collez les au bas du
cadre support du refroidisseur d'huile, pour que ces bandeaux se placent entre
la protection et l'unité de refroidisseur d'huile.
Glisser la protection en place, voir photo 8. Fixer la protection refroidisseur
d'huile à l'aide des colliers de serrage du kit. Utiliser les colliers sur les 2
supports supérieurs de la protection refroidisseur d'huile sur l'unité de
refroidisseur d'huile d'origine.
Remonter l'œillet en caoutchouc d'origine enlevé précédemment.
Monter le frein avant sur la moto puis reconnecter le connecteur du capteur de
pression d'air. Monter le frein avant et son cache inférieur comme à l'origine.
Monter les 2 panneaux supérieurs latéraux comme à l'origine et fixer avec les 2
boulons sur chaque coté du panneau.
Monter le cache plastic noir à l'avant du bouchon d'essence comme à l'origine.
Monter les panneaux latéraux en métal comme à l'origine.
Veiller à ce que tous les boulons soient serrés et que le carénage soit correctement
monté et fixé.

responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall
at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained
otherwise than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect.
Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These
terms do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct
from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G
Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The
customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your
statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.
