  • Page 4  To fit the Stainless Steel oil cooler guard to the bike, cut the foam strip provided into 10mm wide pieces and stick them to the back of the oil cooler guard frame, so that they sit between the oil cooler guard and the oil cooler radiator.

  • Page 6 Picture 5 Picture 6 Picture 7 Picture 8 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS  Starting from the Left hand side of the bike, remove the three bolts arrowed in picture 1 and gently remove the side panel. Repeat the procedure for the RHS panel.
  • Page 7  Remove the three bolts located below the front beak (arrowed in picture 5). Remove the cover (labelled A in picture 5).  Remove the front beak assembly by gently sliding it forward. Be aware that the air pressure sensor connector is located on the front beak unit, this needs to be disconnected before removal.

  • Page 15  Enlever l’assemblage de frein avant en le glissant vers l’avant. Soyez conscient que le connecteur du capteur de pression d'air est placé sur l’unité de frein avant, il doit être déconnecté avant le démontage.  Prendre la garniture en caoutchouc fournie puis couper en moitié, placez les sur les 2 bords du support de protection refroidisseur d’huile, voir photo 6.
