5. Install it according to the
manufacturer's instructions
An incorrect installation can
cause damage to people, an-
imals or property for which
the manufacturer accepts no
responsibility.
6. Always and only use it in a
vertical position. Position the
appliance in an appropriate
environment and on a stable
and plane surface.
7. Always unreel the cable com-
pletely during use.
8. The appliance is equipped
with a power cord with plug
(Y-type connection). If the
power cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the man-
ufacturer, his technical ser-
vice or a similarly qualified
person in order to eliminate
all possible risks.
9. Install it in such a way that
the switches and other con-
trols cannot be reached by
persons using the bath or
shower.
10. To avoid the risk of fire, keep
the outlets and air intakes of
the appliance at a distance of
at least 1 m from any object,
curtains, tissues or flamma-
ble materials.
11. Do not place appliance close
to a radiant heat source.

12. Do not use the appliance to
dry clothes.
13. Do not insert or allow foreign
objects to enter any ventila-
tion or exhaust opening, as
this may cause an electric
shock, fire or damage to the
appliance.
14. Do not use this appliance
outdoors, or on wet surfaces.
Avoid spilling liquid on the
appliance.
15. Do not use this heater with
programmer, timer or any
other device that switches
the heater on automatically
since a fire risk exists if the
heater is covered or posi-
tioned incorrectly.
16. The appliance is intended for
floor use only.
17. Do not operate the heater
near curtains, as the material
could be sucked into the air
vents. (fig. 2).
18. Do not mount on ceiling or
walls.
19. Children must not be allowed
to clean the appliance or per-
form user maintenance with-
out proper supervision.
20. The appliance may be used
by children over 8 years of
age and by persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or
mental capacities, or without
the required experience or
knowledge, provided they are
